You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days.
The cancellation period starts 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods purchased or last good, lot or piece if the order relates to goods multiple lots or pieces delivered separately.
You must inform us (Nain Trading GmbH, Brook 7, 20457 Hamburg, email@example.com, phone: 004940326634) of your decision to cancel your order (for example with per mail, telefax or email). You may also use our standard form.

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased and will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us. This reimbursement will be made without undue delay and, by no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your communication on the cancellation of this order. . For such reimbursement we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Note that you must send back the goods without undue delay and in any case by no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your cancellation of this order. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The return the goods is at no cost for you, since we carry the shipping fees. Punctual returning is sufficient to meet the deadline. Note that the product(s) must be complete and in an unused and undamaged condition. We only take back the products in the original wrap or any similar. If you want to use our retour service, contact our customer care via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone. You will then receive the retour information and a retour label via mail. If you are not able to print the retour information we can send them vial mail. The voluntary returns guarantee does not exist for gift coupons.
The re-deliveryUnited Kingdom with our retoure service is for free. We do not accept not-prepaid deliveries. If you re-deliver the product by yourself, for example from the post office, we also won’t cover the charge.
