Scope of applicability

Following terms and conditions (AGB) count for consumers or entrepeneurs for all orders via our online shop.

A consumer(Verbraucher) is each natural person, that concludes a legal transaction, which is not part of the person’s professional life. An entrepreneur(Unternehmer) is a natural or legal person or a partnership, that concludes a legal transaction, in order of commercial or independent business.

These terms and conditions continue to have an effect for future business relations between Nain Trading and entrepreneurs, without repetitively having the duty to point them out. If the entrepreneur uses his own terms and conditions we hereby disagree with them; they only become part of this contract if we give explicit approval.

Our Contract

Your order (pushing the order button) is an offer to Nain Trading to buy the product(s) in your order. We accept your offer by sending you the Order Confirmation, at the latest by dispatching the product(s) to you.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT. For deliveries into Non-EU-foreign-countries there are no duties, taxes or other charges. Possible shipping fees are pointed out before contract conclusion. Our prices may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations or changes on the world market of Carpets.

Delivery terms

In cooperation with our shipping partners UPS, FedEx, DPD we deliver Carpets into the whole wide world.

Orders made until 02:00 p. m. of a working day will be delivered the same day. The delivery time takes about 1-4 days. Shipments will be delivered on working days between 09.00 a. m. and 05:00 p. m.

Cancellation rights (Inside United Kingdom)

Instruction on statutory right to cancellation.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days.

The cancellation period starts 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods purchased or last good, lot or piece if the order relates to goods multiple lots or pieces delivered separately.

You must inform us (Nain Trading GmbH, Brook 7, 20457 Hamburg, info@naintrading.com, phone: 004940326634) of your decision to cancel your order (for example with per mail, telefax or email). You may also use our standard form.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication on the exercise of the right to cancellation before the cancellation period has expired

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased and will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us. This reimbursement will be made without undue delay and, by no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your communication on the cancellation of this order. . For such reimbursement we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Note that you must send back the goods without undue delay and in any case by no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your cancellation of this order. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The return the goods is at no cost for you, since we carry the shipping fees. You will only have to pay compensation for any deterioration of the goods if the value of the goods diminishes due to the handling of the goods (except when it was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods).

    The right to cancellation does not exist or lapses, as the case may be, in the case of contracts regarding:
  • The delivery of products made especially and individually for the consumer.

31 days right to return

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, Nain Trading provides you with the following voluntary returns guarantee for all carpets purchased: The deadline of the voluntary returns guarantee begins with the end of the statutory right of cancellation and ends within 31 days after receiving the product. Punctual returning is sufficient to meet the deadline. Note that the product(s) must be complete and in an unused and undamaged condition. We only take back the products in the original wrap or any similar. If you want to use our retour service, contact our customer care via email (info@naintrading.com) or phone. You will then receive the retour information and a retour label via mail. If you are not able to print the retour information we can send them vial mail. The voluntary returns guarantee does not exist for gift coupons.

The re-deliveryUnited Kingdom with our retoure service is for free. We do not accept not-prepaid deliveries. If you re-deliver the product by yourself, for example from the post office, we also won’t cover the charge.

This returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights and therefore does not affect your right of cancellation as described above.

Warranty

Of course our carpets are warranted. The warranty is given for one year after receiving the carpet. If the consumer makes use of the warrant at it shows itself that the mistake relies on outside influences, the customer may pay the reparation. Our personnel decides whether the mistake relies in fabric or outside influences by the consumer after receiving the product. In case of warranty the shipment is free for the consumer.

Payment terms

Nain Trading uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Therefore your data is secure from third parties. Even banks use this system so you can be sure that your data is safe.

Nain Trading offers you following ways to pay

- Prepayment / Bank transfer

Using prepayment you will receive our banking information with the order confirmation and deliver as soon as we receive the payment.

- Payment on delivery

The commissioned carrier will receive the payment when he delivers the product(s).
Costs incurre £19 With this kind of payment.

- PayPal

You can pay easily with the online payment system PayPal. Notice that you need to be registered to use the system. You will receive more information during the process

- Credit card payment

Nain Trading accepts VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express. During the procedure you have to enter your credit card number. This will be recorded by Wirecard AG and only be delivered to the directly involved credit card companies.
Nain Trading does not save your credit card information. All data will be SSL secured.

Companies inside the EU

Commercial customers with a VAT number outside of Germany will be supplied in accordance with the rules of the simplified input tax deduction also inside the EU with net prices. Please contact our Customer Service via email (info@naintrading.com) or phone.

Packing station

We do not deliver to packing stations.

Transport damage

Visible damages of the product have to be reported immediately to UPS/FedEx/DPD/DHL. Non-visible damages have to be reported to UPS/FedEx/DPD/DHL immediately after detection.

Certificate of authenticity

We guarantee, that the delivered carpet is hand knotted. For each carpet worth more than 200 EUR we hand out a certificate of authenticity. For carpets worth under £186 a certificate of authenticity can be handed out on request.

Reservation of ownership

The goods remain our property until they are fully paid.

We will save the text of the contract and send you the order data and the full terms and conditions via Mail. You can always view the terms and conditions right here on our website. You can view your past orders after logging in to our Costumer-Login.

Online dispute resolution
